A few days ago I purchased a torch from here, it had a leak and because of this I wanted to exchange it for my safety. The staff made this process as simple as possible and exchanged it because of my concern. They maintained a friendly demeanor during the whole process as well. Thank you to you both for the easy experience. (Replacement is what's pictured.)
