Cloud 9 Smoke Shop & Vape - Smithfield

Everyone here is a valuable employee. They all have such great customer service. They always get me what I need and even help me with any errors. I love that they always remind me to check it before I go. The place that does that. That's why the employees keep my business. I do think they should be paid more because they do the most.

Polite & helpful staff. They have become one of my top go-to vape shops because I am able to call ahead before my (adult) daughter picks up e-juice or coils for me or before I arrange transportation to go myself. I am legally blind, so this is extremely important to me as a customer. A 5-10 minute trip by car takes on a whole other meaning when you aren’t able to see to get behind the wheel. Merr

Employees were nice and helpful was able to buy a new box mod and tank for under my budget that I am enjoying at this moment definitely going back again.
