First-time visit - Great setup, but disappointing service. The check-in process was quick, parking was easy, and the shop itself is clean and well-maintained. The security guard at the door was actually very friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Unfortunately, the service at the counter fell far short. The budtender who helped me didn't greet me, seemed ill-informed, and didn't know basic product det

I’m only in California visiting but these guys were one of my highlights! They were so sweet, helpful, and PATIENT while I browsed and asked stupid questions; made sure to point out deals and discounts; and made sure to give me bang for my buck! From walking into the door to walking out, it was efficient, fun, and stress free!

They gave me a first time customer discount and free swag! I got there just before they closed and they didn't rush me, even when it was past time for them to go home. They made sure I was happy with my prerolls and hash.
