HPC Ductchman's Flat Cannabis Dispensary

Always a great visit when I'm here. From the moment you get greeted at the front door you feel welcome and like family, the service the team have given is excellent, always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The place is spacious with a nice relaxing feel to it. ATM inside as well. Fantastic. Always stocked with a vast choice. There's something for everyone here, prices are really fair and affor

I always have a great experience here. They work so fast and give great advice on their products. I'm always in and out very quickly. The pricing is great and incredibly reasonable, with good variety even among their lower tier products. Parking is a little difficult the first time i went, but if you park 1 block away, there's enough street parking. I have made the flat my new go-to dispensary.

Formerly great selection is now very limited and frequently out of stock. Complete downhill slide since the HPC acquisition. Very disappointing to see what a formerly great place is turning into. Still very nice folks working here but the menu is just awful compared to any competitor nearby like Elevated or authentic 415.
