Puff Smoke Shop

I understand everyone has a bad day ,but come on. I've been going to Puffs throughout Lincoln since the beginning and the guy at this store refused to punch my card after a purchase. I had to have someone from another store call him. Maybe he was new and didn't know but the attitude he gave me was telling me different. I will still go to Puffs but I'm stubborn and will not be as loyal in the futu

nice and friendly staff, good selection, great prices, convenient location, open pretty late, what's not to love?

The fact that they say online they open at 9 but noone is ever there at 9. At least change your hours as that is false advertisement and will draw people away to a different shop.
