They got a new manager a while back and things have really turned around, they usually have what i need, the cigar selection is amazing, and the customer service was top notch!

I’m a disabled autistic individual. I went to Smoker Friendly on 9/21 to get a new pipe for my medicine as the one I had broke. The store manager (Austin) asked me, “Do you like girls that are under 18…because you just really look like you know you might like that.” I asked him “What are you talking about?” And the store manager Austin said ,”well you just really look like someone that you know

Decent selection and nice staff with one glaring exception. If you're looking for help from the irascible older man who works there, be prepared for disrespect, rudeness aplenty, and condescension at even the most basic of questions. There are two women there sometimes and they've always been nothing but kind and helpful. Just don't hold your breath for the same treatment from him. Also be advised
