So I just bought a bracelet from this place and I decided that I no longer wanted it after wearing it for a couple of hours. I tried to return this bracelet, but they said that they can’t except the return as it’s been worn. I don’t see the point of having a return policy if you can’t make a return if you’re not happy with the quality of the item. I guess that’s what I get for buying a cheaply mad

Mejuri is an incredible jewelry store with outstanding service. I brought a necklace in for a replacement and they did they acted so fast, the new one arrived 2 days later. Everytime you enter the store, a kind representative will walk up to and help you decide whether it's for you, your partner, or whomever. Definitely coming back as I have been :)
