Tobacco Bazaar

I showed up before they opened and waited for the owner to arrive. When he finally got there, he didn’t acknowledge the customers waiting or even say hello. I asked him a simple question about a brand of tobacco, and instead of answering, he was rude and dismissive. If you don’t know how to greet customers or answer a basic question, maybe customer service isn’t for you. I won’t be returning.

Excellent experience at Tobacco Bazaar DC The store is clean well-organized and offers a great variety of products The displays are attractive and easy to browse Customer service is outstanding—the staff are friendly professional and very helpful Great atmosphere and excellent service overall Highly recommended!

Terrible old products and they're prices are unnecessary high! This place needs to be shut down or new management.
