Absolutely appalling customer service! Tried to politely request a simple product exchange due to a manufacturing defect, but was met with hostility and blatant disregard for my concerns. They refused to even consider a refund, leaving me feeling completely disrespected and cheated out of my money. Avoid this business at all costs - they clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction."
