Ms Bryanna was great! She had a sense of humor, used a joke we like to use when we go into places like this and she gave us the best reply for it 🫶😂 Got me things I was looking for, made some awesome suggestions on things in the store. Left the store with a smile on my face and some awesome product! 🥰 10/10 recommend Bryanna

Brianna, "Breezy" makes this place amazing. I've been going to Urban wellness for about 5 years now... And I keep coming back because of the staff, especially Breezy's customer service and product knowledge. Thank you all for always helping me with my grandma's orders.

Diana is the best of the best! Her energy 🫶🏻 I deal with a lot of chronic pain so as you would guess, I have questions & a lot of them. She was so patient & thorough with me. I walked out with a lot of knowledge in a span of about 30 mins. 🙏🏻 I live in Belen NM & I would be more than happy to make the drive anytime to get quality in product & customer service. 🔥❤️
