Austin was very helpful. Good attitude. As a novice to this I felt a little uneasy about going into the store. Austin quickly put me at ease and led me through a few well-thought-out options. He supported me even after I got my purchase home and needed assistance. I called the store and he walked me through the steps I needed to take to make this a truly great customer service experience. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I had a defective mod that I bought from them and brought in a few days later and they gave me a whole new mod and a new bottle of juice! They truly honor their guarantee and i Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very knowledgable, and always willing to help. They treat you with respect and don't act like you are just a walking dollar sign to them. I am horrible with names but the young lady with dark hair and tats on her arms is amazing! She will spend as much time as you need explaining everything, setting everything up and will not divert her attention from you unless absolutely need
