I’m a long time customer, been coming in for maybe 3-4 years. Anyways tonight I called for price check on an in demand item, and I was told that I needed to come in the store to check the price, laughed at then hung up on. I don’t think I need to explain how rude that is, it’s unprofessional and unwarranted. This is coming from someone who doesn’t complain or call repeatedly to act like a Karen. N

I had a really bad experience here. The customer service was terrible and the prices are way higher compared to other shops nearby. This isn’t even the first time. A friend of mine had the same issue as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here. There are much better options around.

Gave this place another shot and still had the same experience. Overpriced products, poor customer service, and some items didn’t seem authentic. It even felt like the staff were talking about me. This wasn’t my first bad experience here, and nothing has changed. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
